**We will not issue a refund once a boat build is started, as each boat is built to your custom build sheet. If we can't contact you in a weeks time or the boat hasn't left the facility in two weeks we reserve the right to put the boat up for sale.**

**If a credit card dispute is made after production is started, a 20% fee will be added to your shipping bill. The 20% will be for a combined total of the invoice total and shipping total. This helps cover our time away from the shop, the paperwork and fees that are taken from the chargeback.**
