Shipping policy

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.

Shipping Costs and Arrangements:

• No Free Shipping: Please note that shipping is not free for any boat orders. The website host requires us to display a shipping rate or offer free shipping, which is not accurate.
• Freight Quote: To obtain an accurate freight quote, please contact us directly before placing your order. If a shipment can't be delivered to your billing address an alternate shipping address and arrangements can be provided by customer.
• Boats will not ship until the freight has been paid in full for the order. Not paying your shipping invoice will result in order cancellation without a refund.
• Customer Pickup: You may choose to pick up your boat directly from our shop.
• Carrier Arrangement: If you prefer to arrange your own carrier, a $200 palleting fee will be charged, with an additional $75 fee for each additional boat stacked. 

 

Agreement to Terms of Service:

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined above, as well as our general Terms of Service. Our website will not allow you to add any of the boats to your cart unless you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.

Legal Matters:

Any legal matter will be held at Linn County Court House, located at 108 North High Street, Linneus, MO 64653.
